Chaperone(s) must remain in the Recreation Center at all times.

If you are not able to provide chaperones, we will provide staff for an additional hourly cost.

The Union Recreation Center requires that all reservations have one designated chaperone over the age of 18 per 10 guests under the age of 18.

Please make reservation requests five days or more before the scheduled date.

To make a reservation, you must reserve at least 2 bowling lanes or at least 2 billiards tables for at least 1 hour.Lubar and Union garages may have higher than normal occupancy due to parking related to the event. Parking will be enforced as usual on campus lots. The following lots are open during the Panther Prowl Run: Per rule #2.1.5 of our regulations, main campus permit holders can park in any other surface lot after 4 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. No other lots/garages will be affected, though guests may need to use an alternate route to access them.Lot 33 Lubar will be closed from 9:45 – 10:30 am.Lot 13 Mellencamp and the Lot 22 Union will be closed from 9:45 – 10:45 am.Lot 16 Mitchell will be closed completely from 9:45 – 10:45 am and will have available ADA accessible spaces outside of those times (no regular parking from 10 pm Friday through 3 pm Saturday.Lot 8 Chapman/Enderis, Lot 1 Library/Garland, and Lot 12 Merrill Circle will be closed from 10 pm Friday night through approx.These are the lots that will be affected (no entering OR exiting during time listed below): Downer between Kenwood and Hartford between 9:45 am to approximately 12:15 pm.Kenwood between Downer and Lake Park from 9:45 am to approximately 12 pm.Kenwood between Maryland and Downer from 9:45 am until about 10:45 am.

Maryland between Hartford and Kenwood from about 9:45 am until about 10:30 am.

Hartford between Maryland and Downer from approximately 7 am until 1:30 pm.
